video driver updates 7-13-00 for creativelabs owner available now

the new blaster control 4.03 & tnt/tnt2/geforce/geforce2 drivers have been posted at the www.creativelabs.com site. also i haven't test it on 3dmark 2000 v1.1 yet with these new drivers, i'll post my score later. If I increase the refresh rate on my monitor, does that even help the 3dmark 2000 score? right now it's set to optimal which is 85hz on my GS790 viewsonic, my res. is 1024x768, should i set my resolution to 100hz which is max at my current res. or should i leave it at optimal(85hz)?

Cool, does this mean I don't have to get those Detonator 5.22 drivers? I have win98 se. So, can I run my games using the Blaster Control 4.03? When Detonator is installed, blaster control is gone, and all of its cool features, so I want to keep that.

Which is the latest Nvidia ref drivers for my Win 98 SE? Is it the 5.30 version? That is available for download at creative's site.
