Video Cropping

Hello,
I have a video that has some static lines along the bottum of it. I would like to know if there is some software out there that I can get to crop a video file just like you would a photo. Thanks!!

I have done this with VirtualDub before. Use the "crop" filter. There may be an issue with the resulting video being non-standard sized after the crop, but I don't remember for sure. The best bet would be to process a minute of video with the "crop" filter and make sure the results are acceptable.

if you want, you could always add a bar to the bottom of the video, if it is needed to make the video certain dimensions.

You could always apply the crop AND resize filters.
