video crashes since sli

Ever since I installed the second 8800m GTX on my sager np9262, hooking up the sli. I get crashes of the video driver which usually recovers but does so every few minutes. Other forums have argued about ram and temps but never come up with answers and usually flame out before any progress is made. The driver was special from nvidia for dual cards with sli and was released in march 2008.

Initially I thought turning the fan up full helped but now it doesn't seem to. Im not overclocking so should overheating be a problem.

I have 4g of ram so unless were talking quality of ram, I can't see it being a problem.

So far it only seems to happen on WoW. I even tried turning down the settings without any effect.

Any suggestions
