Video cooling question

I'm going to build a new system and I'm going to give my old system to my nephew. The problem is is that it has a BFG 6800 Watercooled Ultra Running at stock speed of 470Mhz. He does not have a WC system nor is buying a full system an option. My question is a Tide Water CL-W0052 enough to cool the card? It claims it can cool up to 120 watts....I believe the 6800 puts out a 110 watts...pretty close to the tides max. I'm not a big fan of this but it is under 100 dollars and is simple. Any info would be much appreciated🙂 THX...LINK...http://www.thermaltakeusa.com/product/Liquid/All-In-One/cl-w0052/cl-w0052.asp
