video cooling on a mATX mobo

I have a Biostar mATX motherboard. I don't know why I went the micro atx route, I guess it was cheap. My question is, if I get a new graphics card and want to replace the cooler and add a slot fan, will it fit? I would need to take out my sound card. Any ideas/solutions? Thanks.

i use m9 motherboard in aspire x-qpack, my temsp were higher when i used soundcard in place, dropped 9 degrees wit hit removed but i think if you use zalman cooler vf900 you shoudl be fine
