I have a ton of Divx files that I play on my Xbox 360 using TVersity. I was going to try using ORB, but honestly...I don't love the quality and I hate that I can't rewind or fast forward the videos.
I would like to go through the fun process of converting all those files to WMV on my actual computer. I am more than aware that this is not ideal quality wise...but it certainly will be better than the on-the-fly transcoding that I'm currently doing.
Any suggestions on a good conversion tool? I've seen a few advertised, but I realize this is a pretty straightforward process as long as the codecs are installed, so I'm assuming someone has written a good one that is free and easy to use (rather than pay for one). If there is one that is particularly good that is not free, please let me know.
Thanks!
