I'm getting pretty desperate here...
I use Sony Vegas Movie Studio 6 for my video editing. I just got it, and im pretty happy with it.. all except for one thing. It does not read video clips from my digital camera... it only pulls the audio and not the video.
therefore, i've been searching for a video converter tool... but the only ones ive seen have been sketchy 3rd party vendors that i seem to be weary of. I dont want to have to pay for something that sux. I just wanted to know if there are any video editors out there and what they are using if they have to encode video files from one type to another?
and the fact that vegas studio does not read these vids correctly (only movie files) pisses me off
