Video converter that supports Intel quick sync

Hi guys looking for good video converter that supports Intel quick sync and convert videos without losing too much quality. I am using movavi video converter to convert gameplay videos it supports quick sync but converted videos are not sharp..

First off you can use OBS to record your games in quicksync right away.
For conversion I use Handbrake you probably will have to download a nightly build.
Quality will depend on the settings, bitrate is most important but also always use high profile and at least the balanced encoder profile.

Thanks what's nightly build?

It's a kind of beta version basically,it has new features that haven't made it to the main stable version yet.

Although now that I checked, even the normal build (10.2 ) has quicksync

QuickSync has been supported in HandBrake since 0.10. But the thing to remember is that, regardless of what program you use, you will get a loss in quality by using QuickSync vs straight CPU encoding. It's meant to downscale large video for use on smaller screens. The quality will also depend on which processor family you have, with the more recent ones generating higher quality.

It's not a loss of quality but a loss of quality AT THE SAME BITRATE that's a very big difference,if you convert at 2000-2500kbit it will give you very good results.
(youtube will destroy the quality anyway)

My i5 3550 has an embarrassing HD2500 iGPU and using Bandicam with QuickSync at 1080p 80 quality it's surprisingly clean. The outcome on my i3 4010U with HD4400 has a similar outcome.

Yes i use bandicam to record gameplay videos and need video converter to downsize the huge ass files without losing much quality.

The sad thing is that if your cpu supports quicksync it probably already has the necessary horsepower to do a quality encode at a respectable bitrate. Which renders quicksync obsolete.

Not really, intel made it available on every haswell, this means including the celerons, very helpful there.
Quicksync, video converting on haswell G1820 celeron
But even on a killer rig you can use it with OBS for gameplay recording with the minimum of slowdowns at a very good quality.

Just throwing this out there for the OP: Have you seen a video that has the size and quality you are looking for?

Keep in mind that, while some programs are better than others, there is no way to shrink a video and not lose at least some quality.

Is CRAP - Learn how to use TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works-5.0.6.38 or MeGUI Developer.

Great reports on Hand Brake which I've never used and have no comment.
