Video Converter + Rotator for Iphone?

Hi, If I'm shooting a video with my iphone I want to achieve 2 things:
1) To convert the big Ihpone video file to MPG4 (H264)
2) To rotate the video file 90 Degree

How do I achieve both? Is there a signle program that allows both simultaniously? At the moment i'm using "handbrake" but it won't allow me to rotate video recordings, and have to record at the angle to get the best result, or else it would be an easy solution to just flip the iphone 90 degree.
 
I'm of no help, but dang I hate it when people film in portrait mode instead of landscape lol. Subbed because my wife sometimes does that and I need to rotate those videos too.
 
Haha, well let's hope someone can help us find a software for that issue. So far i know you can view the movies in VLC and rotate them with VLC, but it would be nice to find a program that can convert the video to mp4/h264 and simultaniously rotate the video the 90 degree.
