Anyone know of a good Video Confrencing solution?

An ideal setup would be this:

- unit that records the video and audio
- connects to LAN and WAN
- streams the video over IP
- users at ANY location can login via webpage to view


The main thing is not having to buy components that would have to be shipped across the US to make the link up.

Any ideas?
