Hey guys I was just looking for a recommendation for a video conferencing system for the company that I work for. We want live video/audio two way, IDSN based and I would say we aren?t limited on resources.

What system would you recommend and what connectivity would we need, as well as the number of lines for good quality without to much latency?

Thanks for all of you help. This will be mainly used for training staff across the country so that we can cut travel costs.
