Video conferencing between two laptops

I have a costumer that wants me to set up video conferencing between two laptops in the next 24hours because of a planed trip.

With msn messenger or what ever. Maybe a web based solution is better idea ?.

Have any of you done this and is there any suggestions or considerations that could help me with this setup.

if you don't have much time , and you have both laptops , and they both have camera's with mic's...I'd just use MSN messenger.
