My mom just recently bought a new high definition television set along with the cables to go with it. Normally, I don't have problems with setting up the electronics but I can't seem to solve this problem.

So I've set everything up as it's supposed to be, placed the cables where they should go (red to red, blue to blue, green to green) but I only receive the colour red in my picture.

Any ideas?
 
maybe try a different connection, like DVI or HDMI? We might need more info on the model of TV and the type of tuner (i.e., cable box or Dish) you're using.
