Video Component Box With 7800GTX: Uses?

Can the component box which comes with the 7800GTX be used for component input? IE can I connect my PS2 to the dongle and have the game displayed on my LCD?

If so, how? And what programs do I need to do this? None of the eVGA supplied CD-ROM's contain anything relevant to the dongle itself.

No manual for the dongle. =( Even eVGA forum mods are unable to answer these questions.

I'm almost positive that would be only for component-out. I don't think any videocards support component-in.
