video cards

I was thinking of getting a new video card and deciding between a ati radeon 9500 pro and a geforce4 ti4600. Looking for a $200 and less card.
Which is better and what brand would you recommend (MSI, PNY, etc)

I myself am buying a video card, and am highly confused concerning what to buy, but I do know that the 9500 pro has outperformed the ti4600, especially when aa and anis are enabled in a lot of the reviews i have read. Hope that helps you a little.

ya it has gotten confusing! i was leaning towards the 9500 pro also
