Video Card???

Below is the computer I am currently building and now I just need to select a video card. I would like to pay under $200.
Anyone have any suggestions on what I should consider? Also any suggestions on a CPU fan?

CPU-AMD 1.4 266 Stepping AYHJA
Motherboard- ECS K7S5A
Ram- Crucial 256 PC2100 DDR
Case- Antec SX1030b
HD- IBM 60GXP 40gig

If you're into video, consider the ATi All-In-Wonder. If you're into mostly gaming, consider the ATi Radeon 64MB VIVO or the nVidia GeForce2 series.

For processor fans, check out TaiSol's line up. (http://www.taisol.com) Also, the Alpha PAL6035 is a very nice one as well. (http://www.2cooltek.com)
