I was lookiong at getting video card at best buy since i live 5 minutes away from one.
Are there any good deals on this page for 200 US dollars or under ?
I know i could probably save some money getting a card online but since
best buy is so close if the card is faulty i can return it easily and wont have to go
through an online rma process.
I will however order online if i can save a nice chunk of cash so if anyone knows about
any good deals please post.

umm the 7600gs you linked too is overpriced by um... $50 around... Go to newegg the X1800GTO can be had for $200

Budget fell now it's 180 US dollars or less.
Are there any card's out there that can run oblivion and the newer games in that price range?
Nvidia or Ati makes no difference to me.
I like the lifetime transferrable warranty that some of the XFX cards carry.
Whichever brand Ati or Nvidia i would like the best warranty i can get and the card most aimed for the future in my price range.

For $180, its either the 7600gt or x850xt. I'd take the 7600gt. There are some oem versions for $170 shipped.

I was looking at some of the 7600GT's
Is there any brandname i should be looking for or avoiding?(Pny,eVGA,XFX.Leadtek etc?

EVGA/Leadtek is good. I'd stay away from the PNY. XFX may be ok.
Bottom line is that I'd go with the one with lifetime warranty - EVGA or XFX.
