This is my new system's basic configuration using Anandtech's budget guide.
AMD Sempron 3100+ 1.8GHz, 256KB L2 Cache Socket 754 Processor - Retail
CHAINTECH nForce3 250 Chipset Motherboard for AMD Socket 754 Athlon 64 CPU, Model "VNF3-250"
Corsair Value Select 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200 - OEM

I am not a gamer, however I like watchin DVD's and play an occasional game.
What would be a good video card for me without spending over $100.00?

Thanks

You have an awesome system but dont want to spend over 100 on a video card. Advice.. save your money and get a 5900XT a 9800Pro or a 6600GT.

No other cards are worth it for less money.

get a 9800 pro, just to be safe. who knows, maybe you get turned on to pc gaming ..... so get something that is both cheap and offers great performance. cant beat radeon 9800 pro 128MB

Thank you all.
I checked prices for most cards you suggested; most are 150-200.
Any "no name" brands you would recommend?
