i have an Abit Siluro GeForce 4 Ti4400, and i have installed the coolbits registry fix so i can overclock my card. however, whenever i shutdown or restart my computer, the video card goes back to its default clock settings, even if i have checked the "apply settings at startup" option. i've tried reinstalling the drivers, which works, but only temporarily. after a few days, it goes back to switching to default settings at startup. any idea on what my problem is and how i can fix it?

....after a few days....
That is really strange.....??

Could it be that your windows is erroring out and reverting to the last stable setup?

I have no idea what drivers you are using, but I'm guessing you might want to try different ones.

RivaTuner uses coolbits and supports up to 43.45 Detonator drivers from NVidia. (never had any difficulty with it) You might want to give it a try for enabling Clock Frequency adjustments.
