Does the Hard drive act likes its trying to boot up the OS? Need to know if its not booting at all...or if its booting but just not displaying.

Check voltage setting on the case if its new and make sure its set for 115 if you are in the states.

with the ABIT board for sure... make sure the CPU fan is plugged into the FAN 1 connector. If you don't have anything plugged into FAN #1 on the motherboard (I think theres 3 fan connectors on board) then it won't boot.

I have no OS installed, yet cuz i can't even see the screen... i have my cpu fan connected to the "Fcpu" header. I will try to connect it to the aux and see what happens. My hdd LED dosent display but i can hear the spinning of the HD..

Pimpdaddyj...In your case it sound like the motherboard isn't even getting power. Check to make sure the power cables are inserted properly. It's also possible that you have a short between the motherboard and the motherboard tray. You may want to pull it off and look closely to see if it may have been shorting against the tray somewhere.

Did you check the voltage on the back of your PSU?

Your fan should be fine in the Fcpu header.

I have the same exact problem but with tbird 700 and radeon 32 DDR. I took the mobo out of the case completely and tried running it but same problems. I think my CPU may have fried because the fan wasn't running for a few seconds when I first booted up the system. There was a short in the mobo so the cpu fan wasn't running but the mobo powered up....not sure though. Can a cpu burn in a few seconds without fan?

I also have had problems with both my A7V133 & KT7raid (one has Radeon 64 the other has a Geforce) but I`ve found you have to take the cpu out short the bios or take the battery out for about 10min (all with power disconnected of course). Then reinstall and boot... :) it has worked for me so good luck...

Hmmm..I have the same Processor and Mobo, but my problem is that the display (from a V3 3500) is distorted. I think there may be some AGP issues, since my old PCI Banshee would work fine.

Well looks like there might have been something going on with my radeon or mobo cuz right next to the AGP slot an electrical "line" got shorted! Everything else is fine and still works except my EXPENSIVE 64MB DDR Radeon... :( I am sending back the mobo and will try to get a replacement or refund. Anyone have any idea why this would happen? and yes i checked my power supply and it's AMD approved. why only the AGP slot? this is weird.
