Video Card won't display anything, is it toast?

I woke up this morning, and the computer screen was completely gray. I could tell that everything else was working fine though because of the sounds it would make.

So I rebooted, same thing. Then I tried to push all connections with the monitor in more tightly. This turned it from a shade of gray to a shade of light blue. Now its stuck at that shade of light blue. It won't display anything at all, I even tried to reseat the video card and it didn't work. Here's my computer info:

MSI GF2 Pro 64MB
Epox 8K7A
Monitor: Samsung 955DF (i don't think the monitor really matters)

Anyone have any idea what's wrong or what I can try?

It could be the monitor. Something similar happened to my 17 inch. I could still see things but it's all pink/purple and distorted.

Well, mine isn't distorted at all, it just displays blue, from the instant i power on. I can't see anything through it either.
