video card with TV out

Hi, I would like to buy a video card with TV out feature, as I am planning to watch some RM and dixx files on my TV, but there are so many cards with tv out out there, I am not sure which one I should get. Are there anything or specs I should look get before buying? I know there is a big difference between TV and monitor when it comes to resolution, as TV usually has a much lower resolution. Do I need to look at the video card's resolution? Could 128 bit be better than 64 bit? any helps will be greatly appreciated, thanks
