;) If gaming is not important any Matrox card you can lay your hands on should support DD and there should be some bargains 2nd hand. Otherwise most Radeons support it, certainly Rad7500 and up and they are cheap and also offer decent (though low end) gaming perf. GF4MX are also an option and a Rad9000PRO or Rad8500 offer very good gaming perf too. All in all it depends what else you want the card to do but it has never been so cheap to go DD. Obviously check before you buy any card, you need 'dual RAMDACs' as well as the ports so make 100% certain before buying.

 That's a lot of money even if gaming perf is irrelevant, you may want to check out Radeon and GF4MX cards too, again do be positive to verify you get dual RAMDACs as well as the ports so DD will be a breeeze. You can run an AGP and a PCI gfx card simultaneously for DD but it obviously poorer, clunkier and needs OS support. As for online retailers, I take it you're US so Newegg are tops other than that you could check out resellerratings and pricewatch (but I'd simply stick with newegg).
