Video card with messed up capacitor?

So I just received a Gainward Geforce 2 ti450 that I ordered from Newegg (among other things) for my brother's computer. So I assemble it all, slap on an OS, get good drivers, test it, blah blah blah - and everything is running fine. I even played RTCW on it for a bit with no problems. So now I decide to tie all of the wires together, clean it up, and give it a good look-over before i assemble the case and put it back in it's cubby hole. Upon looking it over I discover a bent capacitor on the GeForce. It's one very near the GPU - I can only assume it was bent during shipping. I look at it closer and see that one wire from the capacitor has seperated from the board. Now I'm thinking "oh poo, I don't want to RMA". So I push the capacitor in straight and fire the computer up again. All is well - just like it was before. My question - is this a serious problem? I'm tempted to just forget about it since it appears to work fine. It's a retail board, so I figure I have plenty of time to RMA if it goes bad. What would you do in this situation? Me and my bro are both very busy people and would rather not send it back and go through the whole RMA process. TIA!

Side questions: The fan on this card doesn't start spinning right away when I turn the computer on. Is it a smart fan that only turns on when needed? Anyone happen to know what the warranty is for a retail Nvidia card?

Some capacitors aren't really needed although, I don't think I'd want one that was dissconnected on my stuff. If it messes up later on down the road, just tell Gainward that Epox said it was ok ;)
