Video Card with good tv-out for watching Divx movies?

Hi, I like watching DivX-movies using tv-out but I?m not satisfied with the quality of my ASUS V7100/TGF2MX.

I want a Video Card with priorities in following order:

1. Gives me good tv-out quality for playing DivX movies.
2. Has decent 3D shooter performance.
3. Works fine in Win XP.
4. That doesn?t cost like a Space Shuttle launch.

Any recommendations? I was kinda hoping that maybe ATI 8500 would be a solution, but now all these driver problems (and the fact that I can?t get hold of one in Sweden at the moment anyway) makes me rethink.. Is it worth waiting for or should I go for something incorporating Nvidia?

ASUS A7V133
AMD Duron850
ASUS V7100/T GF2MX
256MB PC133

My Radeon 64DDR VIVO works very good for that, however the 7500 may be better if you don't need the video-in.

Nope, don't need video-in. Does the ATI 7500 have the same driverissues as 8500? Whatever that's all about anyway, just hearing rumors -"don't buy that one, got driverproblems..".
