I'm thinking of getting an ATI-based video card with DVI, VGA, and HDMI connections.
Rather than building a separate HTPC, I'd like to repurpose my desktop as a dual-purpose machine (office PC / HTPC).
The DVI and VGA connections I'd like to use in a dualview setup for regular desktop computing. And sound would be through my motherboard's integrated HD Audio to my computer speakers.
The HDMI connection I'd like to use to feed video and audio to my HDTV, which I'd only use with a PVR program.
Is anyone doing something like this?
