Video card with 2 DVI outputs

As of yesterday I have two LCD 19" displays side by side. My ti4600 video card has one DVI and one analog output. I like the card because I can run it fanless with a Zalman ZM80A-HP heatpipe. However, I'm getting less than stellar results with my second LCD run analog. I figure things will look a lot better if I can have both displays running from their DVI inputs.

Is it possible to get a card with two DVI outputs that won't require a loud fan? Reasonably priced? I'm willing to buy used on eBay, but I don't know what to get.

I don't know if it has a bearing, but I'm actually running my first LCD off the DVI output from a MyHD HDTV card's DVI-outputting daughterboard. The DVI out from my ti4600 is plugged into the daughterboard.

Thanks for any suggestions, help, etc.

I thought I'd comment on this since I have the same setup (MyHD card and DVI daughtercard)....it basically just acts as a switch between the HD DVI output, and whatever your video card is sending it...it doesn't alter the signal at all. :)

PNY 6600gt 2 dual link capable dvi-i connections. If you get it make sure to set agp aperture to 256mb Requires an AGP 3.0 slot.

Why set aperture to 256?

Additionally it does not require an AGP 3.0/8x slot, you can run it just fine in a 4x slot.

Additionally, PNY is just as bad as XFX. Avoid them for video cards. Their RAM is actually fairly decent for value.

So far I haven't had any luck when I try running the MyHD full screen on one LCD and try to compute on the other. I have no mouse support on the 2nd LCD. I'm not sure it's doable when running MyHD with the daughterboard. One guy says he's doing it using two analog outputs (not using the daughterboard), but his first display is a front projector that supports RGB.

I see a lot of video cards on ebay, some saying dual head DVI and some saying dual DVI. I guess dual head means two outputs, generally one DVI and the other VGA, right? I'm hoping I can get one that will accommodate my Zalman ZM80C-HP heatpipe. Zalman's site doesn't have a list of compatible cards, unfortunately.

Thanks for the suggestions!

Because mine didn't work until I did.

Not what it states in the specs and what I've read in other posts on this board.

I don't know exactly how bad that is, but I went thru an MSI and a BFG, both rma'd due to artifacts starting at boot. This is clean and clear and has good ram on board. HSF is a little loud though, nothing an A64 hsf can't cure. Register card and warranty is upped to 3 years, which should be plenty.
