Video Card Voltage...?

I am putting together a system for a friend out of parts from his old computer and a new motherboard. The new motherboard specifically states that the AGP video card must be 1.5 volts. I am attempting to use his old Asus 3800 TNT2 card. When I boot the system I get continuous beeps. I made sure everything was seated properly and the only things connected are the vid card, RAM, CPU, HDD, floppy and CD.

I get the same continuous beeps when I remove the video card and start up the computer. This leads me to belive that the video card might be the culprit.

How can I find out if this card is 1.5 volts and if it is not how do I ensure that the next one is?

The motherboard btw is a DFI WT70-EC Pentium 4 motherboard.

thanks

The Matrox G400 and up support both AGP 2x (3.0v) and AGP 4x (1.5v) so you should be fine with that card. Also the TNT2 is a 1x AGP and 2x AGP but it doesn't support 4x AGP (3.0v).:)
