Video card upgrade?

I saw this card listed on the Hot Deals forum (Sapphire ATI Radeon HD3850 512MB DDR3 2DVI AGP Video Card) Wondering if it is worth it to upgrade? I currently have a BFG NVIDIA GeForce 6800 GT OC 256MB. Any help is greatly appreciated!! I play a descent amount of games and do alot of picture and video editing. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 8MB Cache SATA 250.0 GB @ 7200 RPMS

Yes it is worth the upgrade, The card should be almost 3 times faster than your current card. Although you may be bottlenecked a little.

Bottlenecked a fair bit by that Netburst single-core but should still help your game performance, especially if you play at higher resolutions.

I play games at 1280 x 1024 as this is as high as my monitor can read. I play FEAR, COD4, Unreal Tournament 2007, Half Life 2, Time Shift and a few older lower end games.
My current card is pretty good, I usually play at the highest settings. I do get a slow down on certain games wen there is alot of action going on, especially in FEAR. Would this perform alot better and not have slow downs? Thanks!
