Video card upgrade question

Should i reload chipset drivers and dx after i put in the new card, if so, i what order is best?

You should not need to reload any chipset drivers or directx. Simply uninstall your display drivers, run a removal tool such as driver cleaner to make sure the drivers did uninstall completely, and then install the new display drivers for your card.
