Current video card is nvidia geforce 6150se nforce 430 and my power supply is 250 watts. Im guessing I will have to upgrade both from what I have been reading. Im wondering what I can get for the most bang for my buck. Also I included some pictures of my motherboard because Im not sure whats compatible or not with mine.

It might help if you post more system specifications -- though I am assuming from what you've indicated so far that this is a pre-built retail PC, which may potentially pose constraints for the upgrade.

You may just want to go with a current generation entry-level or midrange card, in which case you might not even need a bigger power supply (though, apart from overkill, it won't hurt).
