Ok..I'm wanting to upgrade the video card in my computer. I currently have a Geforce FX 5200 256mb AGP in the system.
Here are my system specs.

AMD Athlon 2800+ (says its 2.1 GHz)
1024Mb ram
POS motherboard HP used (see below)
nothing else special.

I also have a brand new abit nfs7 ver 2 motherboard I purchased a couple years ago but never got around to using it. When I purchased it, I remember it was a pretty good board. Would I be better off gutting my current setup, and throwing the parts on the old/new abit board or just sticking with my current setup.

Either way, what video card do u all suggest I buy to get the most out of the setup???

Thanks

Nick

You should probably put two 8800 GTXs on preorder for SLI, since you seem to have no budget limit.

The NF7-S v2 is an excellent mobo. I had one for over two years and it overclocked like a dream.

You could get a 7600GT AGP for <$200 or GS for <$150.
