Video card Upgrade help....then some

Ok..I'm wanting to upgrade the video card in my computer. I currently have a Geforce FX 5200 256mb AGP in the system.
Here are my system specs.

AMD Athlon 2800+ (says its 2.1 GHz)
1024Mb ram
POS motherboard HP used (see below)
nothing else special.

I also have a brand new abit nfs7 ver 2 motherboard I purchased a couple years ago but never got around to using it. When I purchased it, I remember it was a pretty good board. Would I be better off gutting my current setup, and throwing the parts on the old/new abit board or just sticking with my current setup.

Either way, what video card do u all suggest I buy to get the most out of the setup???

Thanks

Nick

yea that would be nice if i didnt havea budget limit :-/ But I cant afford to upgrade to PCIe right now sooooo.....whats the best thing i could do with what i have

The NF7-S v2 is an excellent mobo. I had one for over two years and it overclocked like a dream.

You could get a 7600GT AGP for <$200 or GS for <$150.
