Video Card upgrade for Phenom II X4

If he has a 5770 he can run a 7850, that's the jump I made with my 3.7ghz PII and more than doubled the frame rate in games. I jumped to a 7950 and the Phenom II held that card back noticeably. 7850 was/is a single plug card.

I can pretty much guarantee you that if he had a 5770, he wouldn't be asking about upgrading. He's using the awesome, onboard "5700" that is built into his motherboard, I'd be willing to bet.

For those asking,

Motherboard: ASRock 890GM Pro3 R2.0
Video Card: XFX-brand (I believe) PCIe AMD 5700 series
Power Supply: Thermaltake 600watt from 5 years ago (don't remember the exact model but it is decent)

I'm not sure the exact stats of the video card, I just pulled the info off of Speccy, but I am sure it is a stand-alone video card :)
