Ok, it has been roughly a week and a half since i had built my computer. Alright, the first thing that happened (when the video card was working) i got an error "PXE-E61:Media test failure, check cable". i took my friends advise and changed my bios setting and saved an exited teh i tried to restart and my monitor kept reading "Please Check Singnal" i tried a few cards; a Geforce 2, a Geforce 4, and my newest geforce fx 5200 ultra. However, they were all pci cards. which is my first theory that some how if it is possible to set it to agp only(or whatever.).I also tried 3 monitors and a tv.My hard drive isn't formated either.

Everything to my knowledge is starting(that is visible; ie fans and case lights).

Other than my theory that it got some if it would be possible to set it to agp only. I have no other idea of what could have happened.

have a look on your mobo and see if there is a jumper to reset CMOS......maybe your bios flash went wrong.....try to RMA it back to where it came from!!

Just a guess, but isn't this error code when you have (in BIOS) it set to boot from LAN?
not sure what his boot order/from is set to but..

I'm supposing the harddrive also has no OS as well..
