Video card to work w/Jetway 603tcfl and Studio DV card

I was told by Pinnacle support that my video card is fighting for resources with my Studio DV card, but the symptoms I'm receiving are the same with a 3D phantom 32MB PCI video card and with using on-board video --> I get pink splotches during my video capture. New Bios, Vid drivers, and sound drivers have not helped. Anyone with this MB config is working with StudioDV 1394 cards? Of course the cheaper the better, but at a minimum it needs to work:

Jetway 603TCFL, Cel 1.3
256 RAM
100G HD
Studio DV 1394 card
3d Phantom 32MB PCI card

As expected Pinnacle support has not been helpful...
