We need to run a desktop monitor and 2 40in 1080p TV's (HDMI) in extended desktop mode- which will display video surveillance cameras. The built in video on the ultra-cheap Lenovo that they bought only has a VGA and DVI out. I'd like something that will not require a power supply upgrade... All of the dual HDMI cards I found on NE are going to require a more powerful PS. Any suggestions or best ways to accomplish this? I'm thinking I might just use a couple of these USB converters-

Don't know if this would work, but you can convert DVI cables to HDMI with a cheap converter (it's the same digital signal, just won't have audio). Get a cheap, low power card like a 620 or 6670 that has a single DVI port that support Dual display, get the appropriate splitter (one DVI port to 2 DVI ports) and adapters (DVI to HDMI) and run those to the TVs, and use the VGA port that usually also comes on the cheaper cards to run the monitor. Perhaps someone else can confirm if this will work. I've never done anything like it (aside from converting a single HDMI/DVI cable) in actual practice.

Just add a second card, something cheap and low power.

You don't need to get one fancy card to provide all the outputs. Instead, keep using the existing video out you have, and add more video outs by adding the 2nd card and use both.

That sort of USB adapter will be off-loading to the CPU. If you want to have 2 of them, make sure the specs on the Lenovo CPU are adequate.

Can you link the Lenovo box you have or list specs?

Don't think this will work... the on-board video gets disabled when you add a discreet video card. I really don't remember what machine they got- I'll have to do some searching to find the specs.
