Video card temp ?

guys, i read somewhere on this forum that there's an option in nvidia forceware panel to show GPU temps through internal diode, but on my panel doesn't show it, does it require some patch (like coolbits) ? My card is XFX Geforce 5900 SE. No diode inside maybe ?

If it doesnt show it that just means your card dont have it ..... the tab is there by default if your core has it and its bin there from the drivers 41.13 onwards from when the GeforceFX5800 came out

but it could be because of another reason you'v gotta find someone else with a FX5900SE and see if they also have no diod temp reading ... you should make a better title for this thread so people with FX5900SE's know to come in here and tell u what you want to know.
