Where's a good location on a Kyro2, to place the remote temp. sensor from a Abit KA7 mb?

What's a good replacement tape to secure the sensor down.

 
I thought the best place was the heatsink of the card but there's not alot of surface area. I guess you could place it directly underneath the chipset on the backside of the PCB but I would think there's a chance of shorting a contact out if any moisture or debris is present underneath the tape.
