video card supports 2 monitor?

For 2D imaging and 3D gaming, try the 32MB ATI Radeon VE. Check out Anand's review here (LINK).

For 2D imaging only, try the 32MB Matrox Millennium G450 (LINK). Or you can wait a couple more months to get the G550 (LINK).

geforce2 mx also supports dual monitors and is much faster then the Radeon VE, but its dual monitor support has been less then ideal. Also, if you are going to be running windows 2000, remember that only with matrox can you have seperate resolutions for each monitor. But since you have 2 19" monitors i assume you will be running them at the same resolution so that wont be a problem. If gaming is important to you and the listed cards dont cut it for you, then you can always buy a better card (Geforce2 GTS, Radeon, Kyro II) and then simply spend $30 or so on a secondary pci video card
