Video card speeds wont stay the same

I have an overclocked 9800 Pro, but everytime i restart the speeds go back down to default. I've tried using ATItool and the Omega Driver's built in overclocking thing. Both set speeds back to default when i reboot. Is that just the way it is? I just have to set it everytime i start up?

I'm not sure how ATI works, but in my Nvidia OC interface I set my clock speeds, click apply, then it asks me if I want it to save the settings when it reboots. If you can't find any info on here, you could try looking for an ATI forum. Good luck.
