Video card shows up with exclamation point and does not start

In a new Windows Home Server build. I've tried everything to get it to work - could it be a defective video card?

What video card? And what driver version(s) have you tried?

I got this to finally work by installing the drivers on the disc. Then again, the difference with the disc is that I just navigated to the folder for the drivers. I didn't try that with the downloaded ones. I'm using the video card in my server which I don't really need up to date drivers so I'm fine.
