Q9550 processor
2 x 2GB RAM ddr3 1600
Power supply - 500Watts

So these are the specs of the stuff that I have, and am looking to get the best video card that will stay below $50 budget, after rebates, etc, etc.

I know i'm being cheap, but am not much of a gamer, although would like to have to fastest card.
did some research and found the GDDR3 is better than DDR3 as far as voltage use goes, and also the speed.

Any suggestions on a good video card are welcome (link would be great)

You could look in your other thread where the 4670 was declared winner and champion of extreme budget video cards. Sometimes 9800GTs and 9600GTs and GSO dip below $50 AR. Those would be better if you can find them that cheap.
