Video card seems to be dying on me...

Last night my RADEON 9600 XT started to act up: I was playing World of Warcraft when it started to crash the PC. The signal would go off the monitor for a split second, and then return. It'd do it 3 or 4 times, and by the time the signal finally came back it was already frozen.

This also happens now when idling in Windows, or doing anything that might stress the card, like ATI tool (which crashes immediately).

Today I'll try reseating it (which fixed a similar problem about 3 months ago) and try to undervolt it, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, though I doubt I'll help.

Any suggestions regarding something else I could try before I break the bank and get myself a 6800ULTRA?

Fan is working, I just cleaned it with compressed air too. I don't think it's a temperature issue either.

Just reseated it. It still fails...I've tried everything...reinstalled drivers, disabled fast write, changed the AGP aperture speed, changed voltages...still does it.

I would really like to know if it's the video card and if there's no hope before I rush and buy a new one. I unfortunately don't have another card to test it with my PC.

Any suggestions before my RADEON hits the trash?
