Video Card Ruined?

I don't know what happened to my video card but now these colored straight lines are being displayed horizontally on my computer monitor and it looks like crap. The top part of the screen is okay but the bottom 2/3rd's are horrible. Has anyone experienced this before?

Yes, I have with a GeForce 4-Ti4400. I had to RMA back to MSI. RMA yours, also.:beer:
