Video card removed, no beeping

Hello I need help with this problem. I couldn't see anything on the display so I began looking for the problem. I removed the RAM and it was beeping, removed the video card, no beeps. With everything on the motherboard, I get no beep. Looks like everything is plugged right. Any other advice ?
