Video Card Recommendation

I'm looking for some help buying a video card for my son's pc. He uses it mainly for gaming and school work. The games he plays most is Rust and Rainbow Six Siege. He has a 1080p monitor and the following is his pc build:

Case = MasterBox Lite 5 RGB ATX Mid-Tower with 3 x 120mm RGB Fans, Tempered Glass Side Panel, DarkMirror Front Panel & 2 Additional Color Trims for External Customization Options by Cooler Master
Hard Drive = WD Blue 500GB Internal SSD Solid State Drive - SATA 6Gb/s 2.5 Inch - WDS500G1B0A

Looking for a budget card that will run the games listed and most other games at high resolution. I want something that is a little future proof.
