I have an integrated video display adapter and I was wondering what is a reasonably priced upgrade that I can do (around $100 or less). I have an intel 2.8 ghz processor with an intel 82865g graphics controller on the motherboard.

I woudn't bother upgrading if your only going to spend that much, maybe u should try save up more $ in the next few weeks and get a Radeon 9600XT Bravo or for a little more cash the MSI Nvidia 5900XT-VTD128.

That card is on backorder and it's from GameVE. I would get this Asus Ti4200 from Mwave. Much better vendor and almost as good card and it's in stock. It uses 3.3ns ram and is clocked at 600mhz vs 500mhz for regular Ti4200. Asus 128mb Ti4200

Any card is better than using Intel Extreme Graphics!

1. Are you sure you have an AGP slot?
2. If you do, I'd try to save up about $50 more and get a 5900XT
3. Try getting something refurbished @ newegg.com, prices are cheaper on refurbs.
4. If no luck, go for a Ti4200/4600

In a big way!!! 9800SE suxors.. Its a crippled card. 9700pro would eat it alive.
The only card you should ever buy with a "SE" in its name, is a 5900SE. Everything else is crap.
