Video card recommendation needed!!

Any recommendation for a reasonable video card (in terms of cost and performance) and where to get it if possible for a good deal? I don't play any graphics intensive computer games at all and only some very simple picture/video editing. I don't want to spend a lot on it (my motherboard + processor = ECS K7SA + AMD XP 2GHz is only $99).

If you don't play any games at all, then you will have no troubles with a Radeon 7000. It has crisp 2D quality, and it is only around $30 shipped. You can pay a few more bucks (An additional $10 or so) to get TV-Out functionality if you need that. Also, if I am not mistaken, the 7000 has partial hardware DVD decoding if you can use that.
