I currently have an nVidia Geforce 7600 card in my PC with 1Gb RAM. I want to upgrade my card. How much of an improvement will I get in my fps if I get like an ATI 1900xt?

I mostly play Call of Duty online, Far Cry, and Half life 2 with around 90 fps with resolution set at 1280x1024, and all the extras set to high. F.E.A.R. barely runs, and when it does it is choppy and crappy. I mentioned RAM, because if I get a new card, I will also up the RAM to 2Gbs. Will adding RAM help with F.E.A.R?
 
Your video card is fast enough to play F.E.A.R. Turn off soft shadows. 2GB of RAM helps alot with FEAR, too.
