Video Card Question

What would have better performance? Diamond stealth S540 32 meg PCI or Voodoo III 3000 16 meg AGP? And here's a stupid question. What does the tv out do on a video card? And to watch tv on your monitor you would need a tv tuner card, right? thanks

im pretty sure the voodoo 3 would have better performance...and tv out lets you display on your tv...so you can watch dvd's from your computer on your tv

Are you buying these from new with an extremely small budget?

If you want overclock your card, go to www.3dfiles.com and download one of their overclocking utilities. Most of the are specific to your video card, but you should be able to find something that will work for you.
